All right. If you want to register, I'll approve you and grant you access to the magical secret boards.

I probably should mention this. One of the younger members over at the KWRPG community on Rev' is starting to break out of his musical shell. He's not any younger than 15, but he's musically trained for at least six years now. Recently his FL Studio works started sounding better than usual. For his age, he ain't half bad of an artist too. He's also programming in Multimedia Fusion as well. He's kind of like a little genius in all possible ways, his only limitation being middle school. I've been trying to shove a ROM of Seasons down his throat and hoping he'd acquire a taste for this stuff. I'll report on my progress if I make any breakthroughs with him. I'm sure he could only get better if he got involved with a project like this.

I'll just say it; if Sword and Shield is not taken, say.. by November, I'll take it. I'll just have to work extra hard for the mastering aspect of it.

I know this is probably the most unprofessional thing to do, but I regret to announce that I must give up my claim on Subrosian Home. Since I've claimed the track, I've tried to implement the ideas I had for the arrangement, but I've gotten nowhere. I feel the source could be better interpreted by someone else. Thank you for understanding and I apoligize for the inconvenience this has caused.

I don't blame you. And don't worry, I don't mind dropouts as long as they happen early.

I don't blame you. And don't worry, I don't mind dropouts as long as they happen early. Can not emphasize this enough! On a side-note, even if I don't get to claim anything on this one, I wish you all the best of luck.

I'd also like to drop my tracks atm, I just need to take off some my workload for a bit, i'm not sure how much free time i'll have when I go back to uni. That said i'm still happy to contribute guitars or whatever to anyone that asks but solo mixes from scratch might take up too much of my time by the time I'd get around to working on them. Sorry about this hylian, but i'll come back when I have less on my plate and take some food if you get my drift

The rest of your plate could benefit from some citrus juices spreading over there, but FINE, WILL, I SEE HOW IT IS. Go eat at McDonald's with your friends. We'll save a place for you at the table, since you helped Blake eat some of his dinner.

I'm having a balls-hard time really pinning down the time-sig for my Samasa Desert track: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G5PprKnrosJeeziz, it feels like it's going all over the place. I count at the beginning a definite 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2 with the bass-line, which leads me to think it's 4/4, just off-kilter, but the second part of the song is definitely 3/4. However, every time I try to put the melody into 4/4 it doesn't come out quite... right. ARGH! I think I might eventually need to get a hold of a MIDI of the track so I can see exactly what the composer was doing- not only so I can better emulate the song but just understand how it fucking works.

I don't really like the way the bassline was done at the beginning...it's a little weird. The melody definitely starts as 4/4 and changes to 3/4 though. If you use a MIDI, use FireMario's. It's more accurate.

I'm getting a 403 when I try to click the link. Would it be too much to ask if you give me a mediafire link or something that is equivalent?
If not, I'm fine- I can still muddle my way through the piece!
